Will Richardson endorse? Definitely maybe. An announcement just prior to Ohio and Texas will give one of the candidates a possible Hispanic bump. stronger in Texas, because of proximity. Richardson clearly knows his influence among Hispanics is not the same as the stereotypical minority figurehead - Hispanics do not vote in a bloc. I have fully expected Governor Richardson would be Clinton’s VP choice, ever since he became NM’s governor and Hillary’s intentions became clear. If the Governor goes for Obama, I will be mightily surprised.
