SF New Mexican: Moviegoers sound off about theater purse searches.

“Hyland said she suspected the theater might be using the security check as an excuse to look for people bringing their own food into the theater. ‘Which, if that is what you’re doing, say that. Don’t say you are checking for weapons, then just search the women walking through the line. None of the people who have done these horrible shootings have been women. The guy with the gun in his pants will just walk right through.’”
