For nearly 20 years before my celiac diagnosis, I had migraines, eventually daily/constant, and now I only have one when glutened.  The gastric symptoms became apparent much later.

I was never one for migraines, but while a teen I was periodically diagnosed with anemia.  Never did find the cause. Perhaps it was the gluten thing, just waiting to blossom.
