I hope traders were chewing gum ...

to clear their ears while the stock market took that drop.  It’s climbing back again now (-273) at 8AM MST [watch the chart in the right-side nav of Bloomberg].  With everyone yelling “buy at the low”, it’s going to be a see-saw day. 

Bernanke and the Fed drop rates precipitously, hoping for a reaction in the market.

Bank of America moans in pain.
