bless/this/stuff: IguanEye, ultra-minimal shoes.
“‘500 years ago, the Amazonian Indians dipped their feet in the latex harvested from rubber trees and vulcanized it with fire, they used the rubber to waterproof clothing, and make shoes.’ Now French brand Iguaneye have stripped the shoes back to the bare minimum and created a second-skin that perfectly follows your movements and eliminates irritation.” Recyclable, but if you’ve got a latex allergy you’d be advised to look elsewhere.
