I don’t dispute the conclusions, but I find the hour rates very questionable.

I suspect it doesn’t cover tremendous numbers of self-employed or contract labor.

All of these “XX best” posts are narrow interpretations. One takes them with a very large grain of salt ... in a glass of ocean water.
