SF New Mexican:

County suspends Galisteo Basin drilling for one year. Since the Gov came back and placed a moratorium, the County’s found its cojones. We were continually told, during the initial ordinance process, that six months was plenty of time to write the rules ... but now: “Freilich said several weeks ago that he expects to have a first draft of the new rules completed by November.” My italics.  And one of the mineral rights holders surfaces.  If you’re in SF County, read the article.
