Heard random speculation today about the Middle East undersea cable-cut internet outage. Could it have been ‘planned’, in order to interrupt the opening of the Iranian Euro-denominated [as opposed to US dollar-denominated] oil bourse? Amazing, the things you learn if you keep your ears peeled.
