I said I’d step back from commenting on GM foods. This is hitting enough front-line news organizations, that I need to link it. I will note, as no doubt my astute commenters will, that Rodale is potentially no more ‘objective’ than Monsanto is in their self-published reports.

I don’t have much of a knee-jerk about Monsanto, now if you’d said Conagra…

But based on long running history of veracity - Rodale does fine.

My point is, in my usual sideways manner, is that it needs to be done by researchers not associated with either “big agriculture” or “new wave organics”. Of course, where one would find such independent souls ...
