Obsidian Wings: You Mean Hoover Wasn’t Right?

Yes. I don’t believe the stimulus was especially well targeted, but the lack of aid to the states has set up a situation where Republican takeover of Democratic governors’ mansions is likely. I’ll also add, one doesn’t have to go far to see modern-day ‘Hoovervilles’ at just about any wooded interstate exit ramp.
