It’s like taking ‘natural vitamins.’ Folks seem to believe that ‘natural’ means nontoxic. Nature spews out sulfuric acid in many geologic locations - ‘natural’ is never a guarantee of safety. Likewise, yoga is not necessarily beneficial for everyone - especially if performed carelessly.
