Beautiful! That NE (?) looks like it seeds a little TLC. Is that on USFS land?

Alas, just a year or so ago the walls were still intact.  It’s on private farmland now, but very close to the road. I’ve meant to photograph it at least a dozen times, but there was too much vacation-traffic. This time the road was empty, so why not park in the middle of the road and take pix?
