I think Yojimbo’s going to win out over Evernote.

I don’t have to pay a monthly fee, just the purchase price.  I can sync through MobileMe.

I’ve played with Yojimbo (I have DEVONThink as well,thanks to MacHeist) but Evernote also runs on my work PC and my Droid. I would actually prefer DEVONThink on all of them but right now there’s only one choice.
