dangerousmeta!, the original new mexican miscellany, offering eclectic linkage since 1999.

Flickr’s uploading features have been down for about five hours now.

Don’t expect to see anything new there today. No word from Flickr HQ as to what’s going on.

I’ve finally given up. Making my way over to Google photos.

Assimilation! I can’t stomach that yet.

I miss the old camaraderie on Flickr. Too many people, the soup is thin these days.

Sadly, they all seem to have bought into the walled garden model. I continue to fight Google where I can. hmmm

I’m thinking a group of oldsters should just start mailing postcards to each other, and eschew the internet altogether ...

I understand some are already doing this.

Digital postcards?

Irony?

Sorry, clearly not funny

Psych!

Your reaction tells me I need to start a website

I’ve been spitting out 4x6 prints today. Only recently realized there were two cassettes in my inkjet - one for normal paper, the other for photographic paper. Very pleasing, running 4x6 glossies.

I need to do more of it.
