Java and Python for me.  With JavaScript, HTML, and Flash taking up UI specific needs. 

It’s weird how I just suddenly stopped writing Perl scripts a few years back.

I used to be a perl-for-everything-guy, but perl’s development seems to have come to a stand-still with Parrot being on the soon-to-be-released schedule for how many years now? Sad to see the swiss-army-knife of the web turning into a niche product ...
