COLOURlovers: Gods In Color: Painted Sculpture Of Classical Antiquity.

You knew they were painted ... I think modern paint saturation is being visualized without regard for pigments of the era. I mean, technicolor-wow. Tone ‘em down a bit, folks. Primary colors were never that lively.
